Information for those attending a health check-up:
When booking online through our website, please enter your company name and job title in the reason for registration field.
Please bring the following to your health check-up:
- a valid identity document (ID card / passport / driving licence)
- a completed health check-up form
- a completed emotional wellbeing questionnaire
Please confirm with your employer which tests and analyses are included in your package.
Blood test — It is recommended not to eat, smoke or chew gum for at least 2 hours before the blood draw, as this ensures the most objective test results. We recommend drinking plain water during this time.
Vision check — Do not wear contact lenses to the vision check; remove lenses at least 1–2 hours before the health check-up if possible. If you wear glasses, please bring them and your most recent prescription if available. Depending on your package, the optometrist check is carried out by the City Tervisekliinik optometrist. The optometrist visit takes 15 minutes.
The health check-up takes a maximum of 1 hour 30 minutes in total.
NB! Please do not come to your health check-up if you are ill, if a chronic condition has worsened, or if you are on sick leave.
If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date or time, please notify our reception in advance.
